The school employs only qualified staff. The minimum qualification for teaching staff employed in the school is NCE. Teachers undergo a screening exercise and only those that scale through this exercise are employed. No one is employed through God fatherism in the school. Employment is strictly on merit. 

Staff Welfare Association

This association is a body made of teaching and non-teaching staff of Aunty Ayam Nursery/Primary School, Gboko.

Aims and Objectives

• * It was formed primarily to proffer financial assistance to its members who are in dire need of help.
• * It also organises termly get-together for the member thereby enhancing the spirit of good neighbourliness culminating in unity, peace and harmony
