Aunty Ayam Nursery/Primary School was established on the 5th of September, 1994. The school was established by Chief (Mrs.) Ruth Ayam Kpera who is also a seasoned educationist. The school started with an initial pupils population of fifty nine (59), a headmaster, four (4) teachers and two (2) class assistants. The first headmaster was Mr. Emmanuel Doudu. The school is located at Km 58 Yandev-Aliade by-pass, GRA, Gboko, Benue State, Nigeria.
The school operates day school system and it is coeducational. The school runs three (3) years for the Nursery section (i.e. nursery 1 to nursery 3); and six (6) years for the Primary section (primary 1 to primary 6).
The school has a formidable administration set up, made up of the Proprietress, Headmaster, Assistant Headmaster, Dean of Studies, Sectional Heads and Staff. The school has prefects who assist the staff to maintain discipline in the school.
To catch them (children) young and inculcate in them right and qualitative educational values, scientific standards, spritiual values, and morals/norms. To produce a young child that can compete with his/her counterpart anytime, anywhere in the world.
